Procedure

Phase A – Add Phase A materials in order to main vessel under shear mixing. Heat to 75-80°C. Phase B – Add Phase B to separate vessel under shear mixing and heat to 75-80°C. Once both vessels are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A slowly under high shear. Begin cool down. Phase C – When cool down has reached below 60°C, add Phase C to main vessel under high shear mixing. Note: This may require homogenizer or extremely high shear mixing. Phase D – Once main vessel is below 45°C, add Phase D to main vessel under shear mixing. Continue cool down and transfer to final container when formula is below 30°C.
